Stewards hosts Sea-Grant Pennsylvania webinar on Aquatic Invasive Species.

Sara Stahlman from Pennsylvania Sea Grant, gave a 1-hour interactive and educational talk on August 27th to talk about the causes of Aquatic invaders and to help all the lake residents understand how to best to protect our lakes from invasives, and to answer the following:

·      How did they get here?

·      What problems will they cause?

·      How can we Identify them if we see them?

·      What can we do?

Sara also introduced an app which we all can use to help identify invasives at Twin Lakes.
