Twin Lakes Resident completes certification course in Advanced Training: Storm Water Best Management Practices

Shohola PA – Kirk Mackey of Twin Lakes a Certified Master Watershed Steward has now completed a certification course for Advanced Training: Stormwater Best Management Practices. When asked about why to take the course Kirk said “ Stormwater carries an enormous amount of pollution, including sediment, car oil, lawn fertilizers, pesticides, pet poop (and viruses and bacteria) which has many negative impacts on our Twin Lakes. I wanted to understand this more and continue my focus on Run Off at Twin lakes”
